Delivery costs are additional to the displayed price and vary depending on the delivery address supplied when making the order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescale. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us. We offer delivery worldwide although we are not liable to cover any import duties or taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We are under no obligation to begin production until full payment is received.
RETURNING UNDAMAGED GOODS
If you change your mind about your order, you have the right to return your items within 14 days from the date of receipt. The product must be returned in its original packaging with no cosmetic damage. This right does not apply to personalized products. You shall be responsible for any return delivery charges, and the risk of loss or damage to the goods that you are returning until they have been received by us. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service when returning goods to Raven. Please email us at email@example.com to begin the return process.
RETURNING DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS
If you have taken delivery of a package and it or the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 working days of receipt for exchange. If you discover that we’ve sent you the incorrect goods, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and return the incorrect items. We will quickly replace them with the goods you ordered, subject to availability.
